The Conference of the I Seminar on Culture and Strategic Awareness of September 8 and 9, 2021 took place in El Barco de Ávila. The conference, organized by the Ministry of Defense, included the opening ceremony with the Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles, and with the director of the Higher Center for National Defense Studies (CESEDEN), Lieutenant General Francisco de Paula Bisbal.
