The "Jornadas del I Seminario de Cultura y Conciencia Estratégica" (Days of the 1st Seminar on Strategic Culture and Awareness) on September 8th and 9th, 2021, took place in El Barco de Ávila. The event, organized by the Ministry of Defense, included the Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles, and the Director of the Higher Center for Defense Studies (CESEDEN), Lieutenant General Francisco de Paula Bisbal, at the opening ceremony.
